Mission Statement
CAPA breaks the destructive cycle of child abuse and neglect by equipping parents, children and their caregivers with necessary skills, knowledge and values.
Description
CAPA offers a variety of programs to the community to help raise awareness about child abuse and its effects on the community.
CAPA operates a Children's Home in Beaufort County that is open 24 hours per day, 365 days per year for Teens to 21 years who’ve been removed from an abusive or neglectful situation. Residents come from Beaufort County as well as Jasper, Hampton, Allendale, and Colleton Counties.
CAPA's Closet thrift store located at 1340 Ribaut Road in Port Royal. Donations of gently used clothing and household items accepted. Call 843-524-0281 for large pick up of furniture and appliances in good working order. All proceeds help fund CAPA Programs and help support the mission to end Child Abuse!
