The 2018 hurricane season has been extraordinarily active in parts of the U.S., with Hurricane Florence currently impacting millions in the Carolinas. Interested in getting outside to help with field work? Help Felidae check motion-sensored trail cameras throughout the North San Francisco Bay Area and San Mateo County for the Bay Area Puma Project - www.bapp.org.
Counties include: Marin, Napa, Sonoma, Solano, and San Mateo.
Must commit to a minimum 5 hours per month and have access to transportation to reach field sites. Must be able to hike a minimum of 3 miles to maintain remote cameras. Must also be open to entering the data from cameras remotely or at Felidae Office in Mill Valley.
