VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES: Monday-Friday 9-2pm. FRONT OFFICE VOLUNTEER POSITION: answering phones, entering information into the OHOP database. DO YOU LIKE TO PUT ON EVENTS?Opportunity to help develop, promote and be a part of EVENTS. LEARN RETAIL BUSINESS-hands on experience as a volunteer working with the TEAM in the Thrift stores. VETERANS COFFEE CLUB VOLUNTEER HOST/HOSTESS-Every Tuesday the Veterans' Center need the right person from 7-9AM to make coffee and listen to the Veterans conversations and stories.

Mission Statement
Our Mission is to identify and find resources to meet education and economic issues, basic life needs of food, shelter, health and clothing for veterans and their families.
Description
We are a 501(c)3 non profit, faith-based 100% Volunteer supported Program. We are recognized by the state of AZ as a Certified Charity. 100% of resources are used for basic services of food, household items, medical equipment and on-the-job volunteer training opportunities through the Warehouse Thrift Store. We provide emergency food boxes to veterans and their families and will re-establish the weekly food pantry in the fall. We are opening a Veterans Centerr as a resource and referral servic., We have volunteer certified counselors, life & job coaches, AA and Al-Anon facilitators. We promote residential stability, self-sustainability and improved self esteem through collaborative partnerships based on common sense of purpose, value of services provided and working within our communities to increase their awareness of the needs of veterans and their families.
