Joyful Journeys Community Enrichment is currently in need of Elves for the Adams County Santa Clause Workshop. Donations are beginning to come in and we need to sort and examine them into seperate piles of books, toys, stuffed animals, stocking stuffers and more! Additional volunteer opportunities may include setting appointments, greeting families, contacting companies for donations or placement of collection boxes around the community, collecting donations. We help over 1100 families in Adams County and hope to increase that number this year to 1500.
You must not have any record of domestic violence, child abuse, substance abuse (DUI not included) or a violent offense of any nature!!!!!!

Mission Statement
Joyful Journeys Community Enrichment helps improve the lives of children through the major components of education, athletics, arts and outreach. Adult participants will experience life advancements through the dynamics of exercise, emotion maintenance, employable skills training and involvement.
Description
We are an outreach program that operates in low income, high residential areas focusing on at risk youth and their families. We provide these services directly in the communities that we operate in to avoid the needs for transportation, funds, or unfortunately involved adults
Joyful Journeys Community Enrichment creates and facilitates purposeful, child-oriented activities and educational opportunities that provide fun and unique experiences for youth through the components of safety, acceptance, diversity, adventure, personal development and camaraderie. Joyful Journeys will provide to those that lack either funds, transportation, or involved adults the ability to experience the building of positive community bonds, positive relationship building with adults and successful achievement through study time, craft building, game playing, community service and positive leisure activities at no cost to individuals.
