Big Brothers Big Sisters is launching a new across-generations mentoring program that will improve relationship development and overall well-being of both adults and children in the program. We are actively seeking more volunteer Big Brothers and Big Sisters who are 55 or older.
Big Brothers Big Sisters understands the benefits you can bring to local children:
- A true desire to give back to our community and make a difference
- A wealth of wisdom and broad range of life experiences
It doesn’t require special skills to be a 'Big’ - just the willingness to listen, offer encouragement and share what you’ve learned about life. Volunteering a few hours a month can start something amazing for a child. And you’ll benefit too! Make a difference in our community and you’re life.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kentuckiana helps children realize their potential and build their futures. We provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported 1-to-1 relationships that change their lives for the better, forever. Contact us today to attend a volunteer orientation session. Visit our website at www.bbbsky.org
