The Peninsula Museum of Art volunteers are the face of the Museum by greeting visitors, answering questions, and assisting with sales in the Museum Store as well as being a vital role in our community at our special events during artist exhibit openings.
Even though we are temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, once we reopen, we rely on our volunteers to greet our visitors, at a socially acceptable distance of course, as they view our exceptional art on display through our five galleries.
Besides being surrounded by exception Bay Area art, volunteering for the Peninsula Museum of Art is great for college applications, job references, museum experience, and an opportunity to be inspired in a creative atmosphere.
