Volunteer computer tutors are needed at the Elmhurst Branch library's computer lab.

Make a difference by helping patrons with basic computer skills such as setting up an email address and learning how to use word processing. Volunteers are also often called upon to help individuals with resume-building, job post searching, online applications, and online employment-searching resources.

Our locations currently include 16 branches, a Main Library, a Second Start Adult Literacy Program, the Tool Lending Library, and the African-American Museum and Library. We also offer many other special services for residents of Oakland and California.
