Are you a caring, service oriented individual who is seeking ways to be more involved in the community?

ProCare Hospice is committed to quality and compassionate care in the final season of life. Our volunteers help us fulfill this commitment.

OPPORTUNITIES

Office Assistance: Paperwork and filing

Bereavement Program: Mailing cards and packets

Patient Companionship: Sitting and visiting with patients, caregiver relief, light housekeeping.

Community Outreach: Work with our Account Executives to bring community awareness. Additionally, we are seeking volunteers to provide entertainment for Hospice and Elderly care facilities.

ProCare Hospice's mission is to provide comfort care for individuals and their loved ones who are facing a life-limiting illness. Our quality care creates an atmosphere that supports comfort, compassion and dignity, and continues through the bereavement period for the family.

Description

ProCare Hospice is a Medicare Certified and CHAP Accredited program committed to providing quality of life for those who have a limited life expectancy. Our priority is to provide excellent medical care, pain and symptom management, and emotional and spiritual support to meet the individual's needs. We believe the patients are the center of our hospice and have the right to spend their days pain-free and with dignity. Our foundation for patient care is achieved by listening and responding to the needs of the patient and family.
