Annual Puppetry Arts 5th Avenue Festival on Saturday April 27, 2019 11:00am-3:00pm with live music, games, and prizes located on 4th Street at 5th Ave along the park at the Old Stone House.Free admission and open to the public and great for kids of all ages -rain or shine!
VOLUNTEERS:
Help set up the event, run activities with kids, and breakdown
SHIFTS:
8am-12noon
OR
12pm-4pm

Lunch will be provided
Youth Groups 16yo and up welcome
Corporate Groups welcome
Hours are given for school requirements

Description
Puppetry Arts New York (Puppetry Arts) was established in 1997 to supplement cultural programming in neighborhood schools, shelters, and foster care facilities by introducing the work of emerging artists and teachers in the discipline of puppetry. The organization provides affordable and accessible creative arts programming by collaborating with teachers, PTAs, principals, social workers, community leaders, and fellow organizations in four areas of focus: Puppetry Arts In Education, Theatre, Community Events, and the Youth Empowerment Program (YEP!).
