Our volunteers are dedicated to providing caring and compassionate service to our members, guests, staff and physicians. Adult volunteers (age 18 & over) must commit to a 1-year minimum and 100 hours of service, serving one shift per week. Adult volunteer shifts are typically 4 hours in length. Student volunteers (age 15-17) must commit to a 1-year minimum and 50 hours of service, serving one shift per week. Student volunteer shifts are typically 2 hours in length.

Description
Kaiser Permanente Volunteers provide supplementary, complementary, and support services to Kaiser members, their families and to Kaiser staff. The Volunteer program is designed to provide satisfaction for the volunteer, the health plan member, and his/her family. Volunteers are on duty five days a week from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.
