The Ministry is assisted by adult and teen volunteers who are assigned to work one Saturday a month. Consistency of volunteer staff helps the children feel comfortable and welcome in a safe and friendly environment. Walk-in volunteers are also welcome. Currently we need volunteers who love children and can come on a monthly basis. Lesson materials and activities are provided by the coordinators. Volunteers interact with children as they are involved in classroom centers and activities. Time: Saturday Mornings from 11 am to 1 pm.
CHRC is a ministry helping those in need and in crisis. Food assistance, clothing, and many other services are provided. Children are dropped off at child care ministry and picked up after services are rendered to parents.

Description
SA Hope Center is a Westside resource center empowering individuals and families in crisis to become sustainable through holistic individualized services, accountability and grace. We help working poor families struggling with food insecurity/crisis situations work one-on-one with a social work mentor to set goals and take the necessary steps to make positive progress in all areas of their life including employment, healthcare and finance education. In addition we provide nutritional assistance and clothing services.
