Urgently in need of volunteers for our Hospice patients. We need your help! If you have a few hours each month and would care to brighten someone's day, please join our care team. We need you to help ! Hospice volunteers are social visitors. You can talk, read, play music, share stories and photos with patients and families who are facing life limiting illness. You can make a huge difference in someone's life with just a little bit of your time and your caring. Please join us today. Schedules are completely flexible. Many different volunteer opportunities are available.

Mission Statement
Compassus Hospice & Palliative Care provides end of life care to terminally ill patients and their families through an integrated team of physicians, nurses, social workers, spiritual advisors and trained volunteers. Volunteers are ordinary people with extraordinary love and concern for others, contributing their time, talent and energy at an extraordinary time of life. Volunteer duties may include the following: provide companionship, listen, read, run an errand or cook a meal. Volunteers are assigned to one family.
Description
We invite volunteers to join the Compassus Hospice team if they have two hours per week and are deeply compassionate. Volunteers are fundamental to the hospice concept and a vital part of the hospice team.
