Maintenance Volunteer Job Description
This position requires a minimum commitment of 2 hours each week for 1 year. It may not take that much time every week, but we like to have someone available if anything comes up. The position will require general maintenance, carpentry and repair skills. Electrical, AC/Heating and major Plumbing problems will be handled by licensed contractors. This position would also take care of outside maintenance problems, such as replacing lighting, Fountain maintenance and pressure washing. Our house was built in 1938, with renovations completed in 1989.
We will supply a checklist of all areas of concern.
