Event Description:
- an afternoon golf experience held annually in July
- features golf play, raffle, lunch, opening ceremony, awards banquet
- raises funds for Heritage Place
- recruits friends and volunteers for Heritage Place
Planning Committee Duties: Coordinates all details of the event including golf course venue, meals, sponsorships, raffle prizes and marketing. Meetings are held monthly. All first-time volunteers attend an event orientation session. Time commitment is 1 to 2 hours/month.

- largest Senior Companion Station in central Indiana with 35 companions who provide 20 hours of friendly visiting services each week to disable homebound older adults
- serves 1,500 older adults annually
- reated as an "Excellent" United Way of Central Indiana member agency
