Navy Marine Coast Guard Residence Foundation's Treasure Shop needs volunteers to assist with the store's daily operations: run the cash register, organize and inventory consignment and donated items, provide excellent customer service to clients and donors. Store hours: Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Volunteer schedules are flexible and accommodating! Must be 16-years-old or older to volunteer.

Description
NMCGRF serves the residents of Vinson Hall Retirement Community as well as veterans in the greater Washington, D.C. area in the following ways:
-providing Wounded Warrior Transitional Housing at Vinson Hall to veterans recently discharged from Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and going through the medical board process.
-the Residents' Assistance Fund supports residents who have outlived their resources, allowing them to "age in place,"
-supporting research and technology to ensure that NMCGRF can continue to offer state-of-the-art programs and equipment to support and enrich the lives of seniors and vetarans.
