The Hermitage’s commitment to the arts doesn’t end with our museum; we have Summer Art Camps for kids too! We are looking for responsible, patient, and caring individuals who enjoy working with children to act provide our instructors and campers with their activities. You would have the opportunity to help kids with art projects, go on nature walks, tour the museum, and much more.
June 10th through August 30th
9am-4pm *if not all day, you can do shifts* (9am-1pm or 1pm-4pm)
Must be 16 years or older

Description
The Hermitage Museum is an Arts and Crafts style mansion stituated on 12 acres of gardens and grounds. Located on the Lafayette River, the Museum houses a collection of over 40,000 items that span 5,000 years and the globe. Built by William and Florence Sloane between 1908 and 1937, the Hermitage has been a Museum for 75 years. Come visit us, volunteer and explore this hidden gem in Norfolk's Lochhaven neighborhood.
