Adoption Volunteers: Adoption Volunteers help introduce the public to our adorable, adoptable pets. Adoption volunteers are needed on the weekends at one of the PetSmart location East Point/College Park Petsmart Adoption Volunteers greet people who stop by to see our animals, answer general questions, and share SNAP’s mission. Adoption Volunteers also invite the public to get involved by volunteering or attending our events. Other duties include collecting adoption applications, putting together welcome packets, and playing with the pets during the event!

Do you have an extra hour or two a week that you could spend with some very sweet and loving kitties that would just love all over you? Maybe talk to a few customers while you are there and let them know about our wonderful babies that are looking for forever homes? well??? There are many many loveable babies just waiting to meet you and with just a little spare time that would make your day brighter and your heart lighter you could make a kitties day much happier! come by and see our wonderful babies and meet some new people and share the love of our wonderful babies just waiting for forever homes! you won't be sorry you signed up for this wonderful volunteer position!

Typical Hours: We are looking for multiple volunteers through out the day to speak with the public about our cats/kittens available for adoption. Please fill out our on line applicaiton and get started right away helping find homes for our furry friends.

SNAP 2 IT (Spay Neuter Assistance Program) (http://snap2it.org) SNAP is dedicated to curbing the dog and cat overpopulation problem in Georgia through making spay/neuter services widely available as possible.

Through the implementation of the county and local TNR programs and by helping to provide wellness services, rescue and adoption programs and education and outreach, we hope to reach our goal of saving lives and money.

We are a Georgia-based 501c3 non-profit organization sustained entirely from grants, donations and the generous and tireless work and support of our many volunteers.
