The Walk of Hope is a fundraising event for RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association. It is a community event for those that have infertility and those that support those with infertility. Infertility affects 1 in 8 couples and 7.3 million women and men. The event represents the infertility journey-a series of small steps, each one filled with hope and a reminder that no one with infertility should walk alone.

The Walk of Hope is a day for the infertility community and those that care about them to come together and raise awareness. People of all ages can participate as a walker or donor and raise awareness of how the disease of infertility impacts families nationwide. Funds raised from the Walk support local programming which includes support groups and educational events, public awareness initiatives, and advocacy efforts to ensure all family building options are available to all.

I am looking for 30 motivated volunteers who would be able to assist with various roles of the Walk (setting up banners, putting out signs, cones, encouraging the walkers on the route and monitoring the walk route). High school students who need community service hours are welcome. Most if not all the roles are NO experience necessary.

We would love for you to join us on this very exciting day!

Mission Statement

RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association, established in 1974, is a non-profit organization with the only established, nationwide network mandated to promote reproductive health and to ensure equal access to all family building options for men and women experiencing infertility or other reproductive disorders. One in eight U.S. couples of childbearing age is diagnosed with infertility. RESOLVE addresses this public health issue by providing community to these women and men, connecting them with others who can help, empowering them to find resolution and giving voice to their demands for access to all family building options.

The name "Walk of Hope" embodies the emotion that most people living with infertility feel. They are hopeful their dreams of family come true. Some hope to simply find a peaceful resolution to their infertility journey. A Walk of Hope is an event that represents the infertility journey--a series of small steps, each one filled with hope and a reminder that no one should walk on this journey alone.
