Through our Nutrition department at Harvesters we have a nutrition class for adults called Project Strength, where we teach adults about healthy eating and healthy cooking. The participants of Project Strength receive a sack of fresh produce and we need volunteers to help us pack these sacks! This is about a two-hour time commitment Noon - 2 pm. We are currently looking for two volunteers to pack on Mondays and two volunteers to help pack on Tuesdays, on a weekly basis. The volunteers will be building boxes of nutritional items for our drivers and nutrition educators to take to weekly Project STRENGTH classes.
