Whether you have an hour a week or more to spend with a child we have a program that will fit your need. We have children ready to be matched with an adult role model in the community. Our greatest need is men who we can match with a young man that will benefit from having a male role model in his life.
"You have helped me make so many important decisions, and you have changed my life more than you will ever know. I will always be thankful and I just wanted you to know."

About Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast
Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast provides one-to-one mentoring relationships to children ages 6-21 throughout the Gulf Coast of Florida in Sarasota, Manatee, DeSoto, Highlands, Hardee, Charlotte, Lee, Hendry, and Collier counties. Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast holds itself accountable for children in its program to achieve measurable outcomes, such as educational success; avoidance of risky behaviors; higher aspirations, greater confidence, and better relationships. The organization provides children facing adversity, often those of single or low-income households or families with one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.
