In order to provide the individuals we serve with healthy lifestyle supports and education, the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities will launch a new program this spring/summer called Health Matters.
Join our group on outings to grocery stores to learn about health food choices and to identify food groups. Take a trip with us to go for a walk at a local park. Tag along for a game of putt-putt golf. Visit a sportings goods store to check out fitness attire and proper fitness shoes. Gather at a gym or a fitness center for a workout!
Volunteer once a week or every other week.
