This is a Virtual Opportunity, with no fixed address.

FMA's new financial and career education course, Real Life Financial Math, will begin in Texas high schools starting Sept 2017.

FMA desires two experienced grant writers to engage community organizations and leaders to support 1,200 school districts. Community volunteers would serve as subject matter experts, career mentors and teen life coaches. Grant writers would acquire the funding for recruiting, training, materials and matching coordination for community volunteers.

As a grant writer, you would be engaged in the complete process from researching foundations, companies and individual donors, to grant writing, receiving funding and follow-up meetings to grow the relationships. We seek a professional wanting to donate 1 day per week for a minimum of a year.

If you wish to impact the lives of Texas teens and their communities - this volunteer position will achieve your goals!
