Volunteers needed for American Cancer Society's Relay For Life of Oakley!

We’re looking for volunteers to assist with a variety of tasks including (but not limited to):

  • Assembling pop-up tents
  • Assembling large canopy tents
  • Unloading food into the snack shack
  • Serving food to particpants from the snack shack
  • Helping at different booths
  • Educating the public about cancer
  • Running errands
  • Breakdown of pop-up tents
  • Breakdown of large canopy tents
  • Clean-up general area

If you have experienced a Relay For Life, you know how fulfilling this event is...so come out and join us.

  • Overnight relay-style event
  • Teams of people camp out around a track
  • Members of each team take turns walking around the track for the duration of the event
  • Food, games and activities provide entertainment and fundraising opportunities
  • Family-friendly environment for the entire community
