Volunteers needed for American Cancer Society's Relay For Life of Oakley!
We’re looking for volunteers to assist with a variety of tasks including (but not limited to):
- Assembling pop-up tents
- Assembling large canopy tents
- Unloading food into the snack shack
- Serving food to particpants from the snack shack
- Helping at different booths
- Educating the public about cancer
- Running errands
- Breakdown of pop-up tents
- Breakdown of large canopy tents
- Clean-up general area
If you have experienced a Relay For Life, you know how fulfilling this event is...so come out and join us.
If you have never experienced a Relay For Life, come out and feel the buzz!!!

- Overnight relay-style event
- Teams of people camp out around a track
- Members of each team take turns walking around the track for the duration of the event
- Food, games and activities provide entertainment and fundraising opportunities
- Family-friendly environment for the entire community
