Bring a smile to children of all ages as they experience hands-on arts & crafts (Young Masters Art Show on Sat, May 5, from 12:30 - 4:30) by giving instructions and assistance where needed, allowing a positive and creative keepsake - all free of charge during an afternoon family festival/event located in the plaza at Irvine City Hall.
