farmstead summer

Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead is a gem of Overland Park. The Farmstead is a destination for multi-generational families to make memories and learn about Kansas History.

More than 450,000 guests visit the Farmstead each year to admire 200 animals (including a bison!), fish in pond, visit a one-room school house, take a draft-horse drawn wagon ride, and so much more!

The Farmstead would not be possible without the support of hundreds of volunteers. Join us for your chance to engage in a place that constantly creates and celebrates happy moments!
