Sunrise is committed to providing the best care for all seniors, including those with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. To meet this growing need, many Sunrise communities have Reminiscence neighborhoods designed to meet the unique needs of residents with memory loss. In addition to our outstanding team members and programming opprotunities we are in constant search for volunteers to help enrich the lives of these seniors. If you have a caring heart, a desire to serve and some extra time please reach out to us. While our residents are sure to benefit from your presence, you too shall be rewarded by theirs.

Description
We are an Personal Care community located in the McCandless area of Pittsburgh. We feature three neighborhoods within our community; two of which offer special care for those with memory impairment.
Volunteers play a huge part in our daily activities, helping to brighten the days of all those we serve. The opportunities are endless, if you happen to not see something that interests you, reach out! I strive to be highly flexible in the varying interests, capabilities and availability of volunteers.
