Assist with the planning and execution of a membership program to support the organization's mission to present art, literature and film within the local and global community.

African Voices Communications, Inc is a non-profit arts organization devoted to supporting art, literature and film by artists of color.
Founded in 1992, the organization publishes a national literary magazine and sponors community programs for emerging artists including literary readings, writers conferences and workshops, a film festival for women of color and other events. African Voices runs the Reel Sisters of the Diaspora Film Festival & Lecture Series and Get Your Read On!, an arts literacy program for young people in low income communities.
