Volunteers are needed to help with administrative and clerical tasks at our Dublin Hospice office. If you have a few hours per week to help, volunteers can ease the load of all of our hospice staff, where our mission is to help patients and families who are nearing the end of life. All volunteers are welcome, but students with a goal of a health science career can learn and benefit from exposure to medical terminology, charting, and a back-door look at how health care is provided using a multi-disciplinary team approach. Additionally, volunteers can interact with our doctors, nurses, social workers and other team members to get a clear picture of their roles.
Patient support volunteering opportunities are also available. Training is provided. Make a real difference in our patients' lives and your own!
