Part teacher. Part friend. Part mentor. It's hard to define a YL leader, but one thing is certain. Young Life volunteers walk alongside teenagers - making a difference one life at a time.
If you have a heart for teenagers and a love for Jesus Christ, you have what it takes to be a Young Life leader. Most often, volunteers work with kids close to where they live or work. Leaders are needed to work with middle school and high school students who attend public and private schools in the North Dallas area.

Young Life is a Christian outreach ministry for teenagers. It's about caring adults who build friendships with teenagers by entering their world and modeling trust, respect and responsibility. For more than 70 years, Young Life has been going where kids are, loving them unconditionally, earning the right to be heard and communicating God's love in terms kids can understand.
