Friendly Center is seeking individuals to serve on its Board of Directors and further its mission. Individuals should have knowledge and/or capabilities in one or more of the following areas:
- Business Networking
- Human Resources
- Fund Development
Minimum requirements: attend monthly board meetings every fourth Tuesday of the month at 5:00pm, annual "Give or Get" contribution, committee participation, and event involvement.

Friendly Center is a non-profit in Orange County providing stability, opportunity, and hope to children and families in poverty. Our vision is to end the cycle of generational poverty in Orange County. Join us in strengthening families.
Description
WHO WE ARE:
Friendly Center has been helping less-fortunate children and their families move toward self-sufficiency for 95 years. This is done through over 20 programs and services. We provide life-changing assistance to more than 1,000 families each year.
WHAT WE DO:
We help the entire family with programs in education, food support, and mental health services. Our goal is to meet the needs a family may face, get them back on their feet, and prevent the cycle from continuing to the next generation.
Join us. Together, we can end the cycle of generational poverty for families and future generations in Orange County.
