Exercise without going to the "GYM" and give back at the same time
Volunteers are needed to help transport Residents in wheelchairs from the synagogue, activities, pyhsical and occupatinal therapy, doctor apppointments and the Beauty Salon. You don’t have to choose between going to the "GYM" and VOLUNTEERING... you can do both at the same time. The Jewish Home is a very large facility and you can get your exercise, walk off inches and enjoy a great conversation with a Resident while you get your workout.

Description
The Jewish Home for the Elderly has been provding care to elders since 1973. Additional services for elders include Chaifitz Family Hospice, post-acute rehabilitation, adult day care, geriatric assessments and care management, The Roy and Aline Homecare, and The Center for Elder Abuse Prevention. More than 700 employees and over 200 volunteers help the Home enhance life for generations.
