Change a Life

Help students become successful! Careers Plus mentors work with four 8th grade students once a week when school is in session. You don't need to prepare anything in advance, a facilitator will create and teach the activity. Your role is to provide real world experience and guidance while providing students with a caring adult mentor.

Compass Academy promotes bilingual/bi-literate English/Spanish students. All students have an opportunity to participate in Advanced Placement Spanish and English Language courses prior to high school graduation so that they can qualify for the seal of Bi-Literacy.

Time: Wednesdays from 8:30-9:30 am, when school is in session
