Are you a runner or a walker? Step Forward is a training program for the men and women in City Gospel Mission's recovery programs. Volunteers and friends train along side of the program participants for the 8 weeks leading up to the races of the Flying Pig Marathon in May.
Volunteers support, encourage and form strong bonds with the program participants by participating in weekly trainings together.
Training takes place on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings.
