We are looking for volunteers to help offset the energy that local businesses and residences consume.
Basically, businesses and residences pollute and we make up for it!
We plant trees, retrofit low income homes, pick up litter, you name it. If it helps to create a healthier planet, we're on it.

About We Are Neutral
Location:

Mission Statement
We Are Neutral is a 501(c)3 environmental non-profit that helps people and businesses understand, reduce, and offset their comprehensive carbon footprints, giving them the opportunity to take responsibility for their environmental impact and achieve carbon neutrality. We accomplish this through environmental education as well as hands-on carbon reduction and offset initiatives. Establishing businesses and individuals as carbon neutral leaders allow us to weave sustainability into existing frameworks while directly improving the communities around us.
Description
Since 2007, We Are Neutral has been pioneering a model that uses carbon offsets as a way to support local community development. This model has helped thousands of low-income families reduce their utility bills, and has yielded over 61,000 (and counting) newly planted indigenous trees on conservation lands in Gainesville, FL. Businesses, organizations, universities, conferences, and individuals are choosing to offset their environmental impact with We Are Neutral, because every carbon offset sold is reinvested in to more projects that move us towards a sustainable and resilient community.
Our American-made carbon offset and reduction projects include providing energy upgrades for low-income families, indigenous tree planting, invasive species removal, urban agriculture, soil regeneration, composting, landfill diversion, landfill methane capture, vehicle fuel efficiency tuneups, environmental policy advocacy, and massive amounts of environmental education.
