Fund Raiser/Grant Writer
Work with existing fund raising team to help identify and pursue opportunities to raise money to help support our small business mentoring and educational work.
The position is strictly volunteer. The amount of time devoted is solely up to the individual. Any time spent is appreciated though we estimate the entire function to be 1-3 hours per week.

Our Mission SCORE grows successful small businesses across America, one business at a time. We Help Small Businesses Like Yours SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to helping small businesses get off the ground, grow and achieve their goals through education and mentorship. We have been doing this for over fifty years. Because our work is supported by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), and thanks to our network of 10,000+ volunteers, we are able to deliver our services at no charge.
Description
SCORE Fairfield County is a free resource of the Small Business Administration serving the business community of Fairfield County. It is one of the best and most energetic SCORE Chapters of the 364 in the USA. It has over 130 volunteers from all business backgrounds. It provides face to face and virtual mentoring, education programs, workshops and webinars to help small businesses to grow and increase employment.
