Do you love helping children play and learn? Volunteers are needed to assist with childcare for our foster and adoptive families while they attend important training classes. Children range in ages from infant to teens. Adults with developmental disabilities will also be in attendance.

Dorothy's Light is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of foster children and adults with developmental disabilities throughout Arizona.
Description
Dorothy's Light is committed to supporting organizations that build awareness and offer solutions to address the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual needs of foster children and adults with special needs. Dorothy's Light is currently working with A Place to Call Home, a foster care/adoption agency with programs in Mesa and Tucson. We are hoping that together, we can support the nearly 200 children and adults placed in their foster and developmental homes. In a secure and loving environment, it is our belief these adults and children will develop a new sense of responsibility and commitment to themselves and their futures.
