Surrey Services for Seniors would like to create a number of videos (ranging in time from 1 to 5 minutes depending on the topic and audience). The intent of the videos is to post to YouTube, the Surrey website and also to provide to prospective funders for their websites.
Surrey is looking for a videographer who is willing to donate their time as a volunteer to produce the videos. This volunteer must have their own equipment. Duties include working with Surrey’s Marketing department to:
- Schedule production, camera and editing time; prepare taping to ensure the necessary equipment and visuals are available.
- Exercises independent judgment in the assembling and editing of videotaped material for local and national broadcast to ensure visual cohesiveness by assessing narrative and visual context.
- Edits and assembles final audio/video program material.

- Activities, exercise, clubs, lunch, and lectures at any Surrey center - Bryn Mawr, Broomall, Devon, or Media
- Nutritious meals available in-person or Grab and Go Monday-Friday at Devon, Broomall, and Media
- Transportation services, fee-based and free, provided by volunteers, Surrey Drivers and through partnerships with Chester County Community Transit (Chester County) and DELGO Community Transit (Delaware County)
- Home care services including RN Care Management for help with medication management and care; personal care for help bathing and dressing; and Personal Finance Management for help with bills, insurance claims, and long-term care policies.
- Opportunities to downsize and consign with the Surrey Consignment Shop.
- Free instruction, support, and hands-on training for family caregivers and aspiring caregivers at The Surrey Academy.
