The Worldview Project is a San Diego based non-profit whose mission is to promote cross-cultural awareness, understanding, and appreciation through web-based resources, programs, publications, social networking and local events.
The Worldview Project is looking for someone who is interested in performing various office administrative related tasks and has an open mindset to facilitate further learning.
Duties will include but is not limited to: Office organization, scheduling, inventory, record keeping and management, data entry, and occasionally running errands. You may also be asked to help out with other staff members on certain tasks and projects as needed. Familiarity with Google Drive, such as Docs, Sheets, and G-mail is a plus!
Most of our work happens during normal business hours, with only occasional weekend or evening hours requested. Our minimum commitment for a volunteer is 120 hours within a 6 months period and for interns, 120 hours within a 3 months timeframe.
