NAAAP-Chicago is seeking a member relations volunteer that is passionate and motivated. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable work experience for a career in Customer Relations Management and Marketing by accomplishing independent tasks.
We are looking for someone who is not only artful and engaging, but also appealing to a wide audience. Someone who can approach and engage people, and someone who can collect data and analyze results. Someone who can help us make our brand one of high potential and making an impact in the Asian American community.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain relationships with members
- Encouraging and conducting member satisfaction surveys and member renewals
- Posting and managing the job board
- Encouraging and managing member discussions in the member portal
- Monitor and track key member metrics
- Proactively suggest solutions to membership challenges

The Chicago chapter of the National Association of Asian American Professionals is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3), Pan-Asian American professional organization that promotes the career advancement and leadership development of Asian American professionals in all fields through networking, respecting Asian multi-culturalism, and supporting diversity and community service.
NAAAP is the largest and fastest growing Asian American professional organization in the U.S. and Canada. Through its committees, members can participate in many activities that joins other Asian American professionals in community service, cultural awareness, and professional development.
