At Crossroads Hospice, we are dedicated to providing quality end-of-life care. We recognize the sacrifices that men and women of the armed forces have made in serving their country. Our patients are celebrated with programs like Veteran's Recognition Program, Life Journals and artist renderings of the patients in uniform.

The only thing better than having a compassionate volunteer involved with our patients is to have a compassionate veteran volunteer to be involved with our veteran patients - visits to hospice veterans, listen to their life story and reminiscence, participate in our Honor Our Veterans Recognition program, run errands for the homebound and educate veteran's groups about Crossroads Hospice services by speaking at their meetings.
