Crossroads offers more to elevate the end-of-life experience in a very unique way. We offer the best patient-staff ratio in hospice. We provide pallative care with a team approach. Crossroads has created one-of-a kind programs such as "The Ultimate Gift", "The Watch Program", and alternative therapies. Our programs help patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Our dedicated team of professionals, including clinical directors, social workers, chaplains, registered nurses, aides, bereavement coordinators and volunteers, enables us to create legacies, fulfill dreams, and instill confidence.
