Many older friends and neighbors face limitations that might prevent them from living in the home they love. Sometimes all they need is a little help. Show someone you care by volunteering with a grocery delivery program, a Meals on Wheels site, or n agency that arranges rides to medical appointments. It's your choice, and just an hour or two of your time each week or each month can be the difference between someone enjoying the comforts of home, or having to move to a long-term care facility.

Description
RSVP is part of Senior Corps and places individuals 55 and better in service opportunities with nonprofit organizations and health care facilities. Service opportunities are designed to meet the interests, talents and time commitments of both the volunteer and organization. Similar services for volunteers under the age of 55, families and groups are provided through Arrowhead RSVP's companion program, Northland Volunteer Center.
