Junior Achievement is helping to coordinate a REVERSE JOB SHADOW event at East CLC in Akron with all of the 10th grade students. Our hope is to have 16 volunteers-from a variety of career backgrounds- share information about thier own career paths. Volunteers will speak for approximately 15 minutes and will rotate throughout the morning to speak with multiple groups of students.
Come be a positive role model and excite high school students about their future careers!

Junior Achievement of North Central Ohio is educating students throughout Ashland, Carroll, Coshocton, Crawford, Knox, Marion, Medina, Morrow, Portage, Stark, Summit, Tuscarawas, Richland, Wayne and Wyandot counties.Through a dedicated volunteer network, JA provides programs for students in grades K-12 educating them about:
Entrepreneurship Workforce Readiness Financial Literacy
JA programs help prepare young people for the real world by showing them how to generate wealth and effectively manage it, how to create jobs which make their communities more robust, and how to apply entrepreneurial thinking to the workplace. Students put these lessons into action, and learn the value of contributing to their communities.
