More detail to follow: Yr 8 12-13yr olds involved in an enterprise event.A favourite of younger students, Mini Vans presents a design challenge introducing the concept of supply and demand. Students learn the art of business management and the importance of working in a team when it comes to meeting the needs of their customers. Students are paid in monopoly money for each successful sale. Teams decide on whether to reinvest these into their business to grow the product line or be kept as profit, trying to boost their success in the competition for most profitable business.
6 Business volunteers required to mentor young people. Useful to have a knowledge of marketing, selling, project management.

(Duration: School day 8.30am - 3pm approx.).
