Would you like to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Oregon's low-income Latino families? You don't need experience, only the desire to help!
Through considerable volunteer support El Programa Hispano Católico in Gresham offers free tax preparation to the Latino community, providing taxpayers a culturally-specific alternative to unlicensed preparers and paying to prepare their basic tax returns. Each season our volunteers assist 1,000 low-income taxpayers secure over $2 million in refunds and with your help we can continue this success! By taking our free training and volunteering just four hours per week during tax season you will provide an invaluable service and in turn an important step towards economic security to those most in need.
