We Are Looking to Add some Volunteers to the team ASAP, just in time for Orientation. Please call the office. Start This Month if you are a perfect match.
Nurses Plus Hospice is looking for Hospice Volunteers. This is for the experienced volunteer who has up to 1-4 hours to spend at a time with a patient/family per session. The volunteer that accepts this must be flexible and dedicated. Hospice volunteers create a soothing environment and presence for the patient, providing companionship, reading, listening, a TV buddy or conversation. This supportive presence is created by just being there and listening. So if you are looking to bring peace to someone who is excited by new friends than this is the opportunity for you!
