Mission Statement
The mission of the Pet Prevent a Litter (PALS) is to help end pet overpopulation and pet homelessness in central Texas. The Pet Prevent a Litter (PALS) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to promoting responsible pet ownership through educational and spay/neuter programs. Our objective is to provide income-based pet sterilization services for the needy.

Description
PALS sponsors PET FEST, an annual celebration of the role pets play in our lives. PET FEST is a fundraising event for our spay/neuter and humane education programs.
- The primary mission is to help end pet overpopulation.
- We spay and neuter animals in the community; thus ultimately reducing the number of stray and unwanted pets.
- We offer financial assistance and low cost programs to help people fix their pets.
