Help 3rd - 5th grades learn to read with open minds, discuss stories and enjoy reading. From January 23-March 3rd meet once/ week from Noon - 12:45pm with a small group of students. Volunteer will lead and facilitate group discussion of a short story. Training provided on January 17, 2017from Noon - 1:30pm.

Description
Risen Christ Catholic School serves families who predominately live in poverty and are immigrants. The majority of our students hope to be the first in their family to attend college and break the cycle of poverty. We are located in the Powderhorn Park neighborhood of south Minneapolis and serve grades Kindergarten - 8th.
