The Taste of Huntington Beach event supports children's programming at the library. This event needs an ongoing team of volunteers to request donations for silent auction baskets.
Volunteers will:
- Create event awareness by distributing information about the Taste of Huntington Beach
- Develop a list of prospective donors
- Mail/ Email letters
- Follow-up calls to request donations
- Face-to-face donation requests
- Retrieve donations from donors
