LifeLong Medical Care provides high-quality health and social services to underserved people of all ages; creates models of care for the elderly, people with disabilities and families; and advocates for continuous improvements in the health of our communities.
LifeLong Brookside San Pablo Health Center is looking for a certified Yoga instructor to instruct a easy, beginner Yoga class. LifeLong is flexible to the schedule of the potential Yoga Instructor. We serve a diverse patients of all ages and provide our Yoga class and other health classes and services for free.
You are welcome to teach Yoga to your personal style, but please take into consideration it may be a first experience with Yoga for some. The service you would provide is very important to our patients, center and community, as participants look forward in attending every week. Our patients benefit from the Yoga class in many ways, including stress management to needed exercise.

LifeLong Medical Care offers a sliding scale for low income patients based on family size and income. No Patient is denied health care services based on inability to pay.
